CANTALOUPE MELON

WHAT WE DO
OUR FAVORITE RECIPES
Our tonics are great as they are or mixed with gin but here are some out-of-the-box recipes that we really like...
ICED COFFEE TONIC
An iced Coffee Tonic - a perfect non-alcoholic drink alternative!
4 Ice cubes with a little juniper
1 bottle of EB Tonic with spruce shot
1 Lime WEDGE
4 cl Espresso
1 Sprig rosemary
Fill high ball glass with ice, pour the tonic and squeeze the lime.
Add a sprig of rosemary. Pour the espresso and finish with a lime wedge.
For a little spicier version: add 2 cl of dark rum.
LIMONCELLO TONIC
For a refreshing start as a cocktail before starting the BBQ or perhaps a light lunch drink, this thirst-quencher will leave you wanting more.
1 Big block of ice
6 cl Limoncello de Capri
1 Bottle rhubarb tonic
Lemon wedge and mint leaves

Pour the limoncello over a big block of ice in a big wine glass followed by 1 bottle of rhubarb tonic. Squeeze the lemon wedge lightly and drop it in the glass. Keep a few mint leaves in your hand, clap once to release the aromas and put in.
THE PIZZA G&T
For a unique and uplifting drink. Think "Bloody Mary" but G&T-Style.
4 cl Gin
1 Sprig rosemary
1 Large capers
1 Olive
1 Bottle of Original Tonic

Add one big ice cube/ball in a short glass. Pour the gin and press the sprig of rosemary before dropping it in. Add one large capers and one olive before topping up with Original tonic. To finish, stir it all with a spoon.
CAMPARI TONIC
For a bitter, yet fulfilling, after-dinner kind-of cocktail. Why not try this Campari tonic?
6 cl Campari
1 Sprig rosemary
1 Orange slice
1 Bottle original tonic

Fill a stemless wine glas with ice. Add a sprig of rosemary and a orange wedge before pouring the campari, followed by one bottle of EB original tonic.
